Hazeltine National Golf Club is the private domain of club members and generally all its facilities are for the exclusive use of paid up members, their guests and the legions of PGA performers who will gun it out for the 2009 title.

The club is blessed with a range of upmarket and rather elegant offerings including two on-site restaurants, the most popular of which is the aptly named St Andrews Grill. Guests are treated to a range of mouth watering fare including both weekly set menus and the enduring favourite, a la carte.

The opulent ballroom, open to all, is the preferred choice of astute wedding planners as well as those organising unique and captivating corporate events, business meetings or even bridal showers.

However, for the purposes of the 2009 US PGA Championship, a number of dedicated venues will be erected or set aside to satisfy the needs of the hundreds of spectators expected to make for Hazeltine in August.

IBy purchasing a ticket to the Wannamaker Club, guests will have the exclusive use of an air-conditioned pavilion erected on the first green. Apart from complete TV coverage of the event, there will also be themed food and drinks, at an additional cost, up for grabs.

Hospitality options available for 2009 PGA Championship

There is also a number of hospitality options available including:

  • Exclusive clubhouse hospitality, where guests will be royally entertained in one of two rooms located on the second floor of the clubhouse. Each room can accommodate between 10 and 50 people and apart from an all inclusive F&B service, guests will have access to a private balcony overlooking the 9th and 18th greens!
  • Luxurious private chalets designed to host between 50 and 150 guests each day. Chalets will be erected at a number of different venues overlooking the course and each chalet will be personalised to reflect the host or company.
  • Champions Club, where tables of 10 VIPs will be located in the privacy of the club. Each table will be reserved for the duration and identified with the host name. Culinary choice includes a 4-day or 7-day F&B package
