Immelman is a player many people will be watching in the upcoming majors, especially the 2008 PGA Championship, given his 6th placed finish in the 2007 tournament.

This dynamic golfer only joined the PGA Tour last year, and has already won his first PGA title, the Cialis Western Open. He joined the world-renowned tour on the back of a succession of victories on the European Tour, including his wins at the South African Open and the Deutsche Bank SAP Open TPC of Europe.

During his time with the European Tour this 2008 PGA Championship player has made the top twenty of the Order of Merit three times. He also has five non-tour victories to his credit, including the Tusker Kenya Open, the Nedbank Golf Challenge, the Dimension Data Pro-Am Tournament and the Vodacom Players’ Championship. To top it all off, he also won the 2003 WGC World Cup together with Rory Sabbatini.

In 2005 he was a member of the International Team at the President’s Cup. Trevor Immelman missed the 2006 Open Championship due to the birth of his first child, before returning to tie for 60th place in the 2007 event.
